LumeCrew ("we," "us," or "our") operates lumecrew.com (the "Site"), including our quote request form. This policy describes what information the Site collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

Quote requests. When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service type, and project metro/location, along with your project description and, if you provide them, your company name and additional job details. We also collect the date, time, and IP address of your submission.

We do not require accounts. We do not currently operate a newsletter or email list; if that changes, we will update this policy before collecting sign-ups. We do not use advertising, tracking pixels, session recording, or chat widgets.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and message and use them only to respond to you.

How we use quote request information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request: to understand the project, follow up with you, and arrange the work you asked about. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to any list without your separate, explicit consent.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your information with any third party except as described in this policy or as required by law.

Analytics

Our analytics posture is Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-preserving, cookie-free aggregate analytics tool: page views, referrers, and country-level location. It does not use cookies, does not create visitor identifiers, and does not fingerprint devices. We cannot identify you from it. If we add any other analytics or advertising tool in the future, we will update this policy first.

Infrastructure

The Site is delivered through Cloudflare's content delivery and security network, which processes the IP address of each request to deliver pages and prevent abuse. The quote request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions; Turnstile may process limited technical signals (such as browser and device characteristics) solely to distinguish humans from bots, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

Sharing and selling

We share personal information only with service providers, such as our hosting and form-security providers, who process it on our behalf to operate the Site and respond to your request. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain quote request information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, arrange any resulting project, and maintain business records, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across other sites, so the Site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete the information you submitted, or to tell you what we hold, by contacting us at the email below. We will honor verifiable requests except where we need to retain information for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect.
